What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Healthcare Recruiter position at Heritage Medical Associates, P.C.?
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
SUMMARY: Responsible for full cycle recruitment process. Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening of applicants, and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager. Manage candidate pipeline. Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle including following up with candidates who are not selected. Initiate pre-employment drug screen and background check process. Extend verbal offers of employment and prepare written offer letters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Maintain and track requisitions
- Source candidates for open positions
- Interview external candidates, coordinate internal interviews and facilitate employee transfers
- Update and maintain open job postings internally and externally
- Handle all pre-employment paperwork
- Monitor and track applicants
- Prepare offer letters and post-offer paperwork
- Review pre-employment screenings results (Licenses, Background Checks and Drug Screens)
- Obtain candidate references
- Prepare weekly reports on status of open positions
- Establish and maintain relationships with site managers and physicians to understand recruitment needs and identify skills needed for vacancies
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Monitor and edit all active job descriptions
- Monitor and track all new hire referral bonuses
- Attend job fairs and participate in recruitment programs
- Participate in all regulatory audits
- Backup HR as needed
- Support Director of HR on other projects as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years as a Recruiter/Staffing Specialist in Healthcare, minimum of 2 years healthcare/clinical recruiting
- Must have experience in either a Physician Practice or Hospital Setting

Pay: $52,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
