We’re excited to announce an open opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Heritage Medical Associate team!
This role will support managers and clinical teams across 14 locations, acting as a strategic partner and resource on all things HR. The ideal candidate is organized, process-driven, and experienced in employee relations. You’ll play a key role in shaping culture, supporting retention efforts, and enhancing our people experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers on employee relations, coaching, and performance concerns
- Help screen and select candidates as needed
- Support onboarding and data entry in Paycom
- Track and document ER issues electronically and help improve related processes
- Use data to support decisions around culture, turnover, and team development
- Promote a consistent and positive employee experience across locations
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of HR experience (healthcare strongly preferred)
- Experience with multi-site support and working with clinical managers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Paycom or similar HRIS platforms
- Background in employee relations and policy interpretation
