Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club is dedicated to excellence in sports, lifestyle, and community spirit. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Tennis Professional to enhance and expand our Tennis program. This is a full-time, year-round position ideal for someone eager to shape the future of tennis at our Club.

Job Description: The Tennis Professional will play a crucial role in developing, organizing, and maintaining a comprehensive tennis program tailored for our Members. This role requires a proactive approach to:

• Design and implement a variety of tennis classes and events that cater to all skill levels.
• Foster a welcoming environment that encourages Members to explore different aspects of tennis.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to Members on technical and strategic aspects of tennis.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the tennis industry.
• Oversee the management and upkeep of tennis facilities in collaboration with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture among all tennis programs and participants.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Proven expertise and a deep understanding of tennis.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering relationships with Members and colleagues.
