Heritage Personal Injury Firm is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Treatment Advisor to join our team! This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible healthcare for their injuries, facilitating their recovery, and supporting their personal injury claims.
The ideal candidate will coordinate medical appointments, follow up on treatment plans, and build strong relationships with both clients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm medical appointments for clients with doctors and other healthcare providers. Ensure clients are aware of their appointments and have all necessary information to attend.
2. Treatment Plan Management: Monitor and ensure clients adhere to treatment plans as recommended by healthcare providers. Educate clients on the importance of following medical advice to optimize recovery and support their injury claims.
3. Client Support and Relationship Building: Conduct weekly follow-ups with clients to discuss their progress, address any concerns, and provide reassurance. Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients to support their recovery journey.
4. Healthcare Provider Liaison: Communicate regularly with medical professionals to ensure clients receive high-quality care and support. Verify that treatment provided aligns with the needs of the client's personal injury claim.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and treatment progress. Provide regular reports to the legal team to assist in the preparation of personal injury claims.
Qualifications:
· Experience in a healthcare, legal, or customer service role, preferably related to
personal injury or case management.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to empathize with clients and provide supportive guidance.
· Proficiency in using office software and case management systems.
· Knowledge of medical terminology and treatment processes is a plus.
