Heritage Pointe of Warren is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as the RN Clinical House Supervisor( 1st and 2nd shift). About the Role:
As the RN Clinical House Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facility delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering a culture of excellence among the clinical team. The RN Clinical House Supervisor provides direction and leadership to nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care that meets the individualized needs of each patient.
- Determine staffing needs and resolve issues as they arise such as taking sick calls and making sure that each shift is adequately staffed.
- Maintain a patient-first approach, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for patients and their families.
- Lead, mentor, and support team of Nurses, QMAs, and CNAs, to ensure a high standard of care.
- Will directly handle all incident reports, including work related injuries and incidents.
- All change in condition will be reported the RN Clinical House Supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, facility policies, and best practices.
- Will provide tours to visitors and families if requested.
- Round with the physician and the nurse practitioner.
- Will assist with admissions and discharges.
- Make routine rounds to all areas of the facility and the units.
- Notify Admissions Coordinator regarding any possible new admissions.
- Complete any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment.
- A passion for mentoring staff and fostering a positive team culture.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
