- The general upkeep of properties
- Responding to resident's maintenance issues
- Perform general handyman work
- Perform basic appliance repairs
- Order parts and new appliances
- Assist the Maintenance Director and team
- Complete required paperwork for orders and update the status of property maintenance

Pay-$18.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits:

- Day shift
- Generally Monday through Friday, with on-call and weekend rotations
