What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Manager position at Heritage Pools, LLC?
The Service Manager is the main point of contact over the service and maintenance departments. The Service Manager will join the Leadership team to provide departmental updates, KPI results and issues that require organizational attention.

Duties
- Must be able to work 6:30AM-5PM
- Management: Work with employees at the Coordinator, Supervisor and Technician levels to provide managerial oversight, guidance and support.
- Training: Develop, document and conduct training courses and meetings to teach our staff necessary customer and technical service. Training will be completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with defined and forecasted topics that best help the needs of our employees and the organization.
- Hiring – Assist with recruiting, hiring and onboarding new employees for the service and maintenance departments. Also, this role will play a part in performance reviews and activities, including progressive discipline and rewards/recognition programs.
- KPI Metric management/performance: Will work to manage established metrics for organizational performance at a departmental, work group and individual level to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, job completion and financial profitability.
- New Opportunities: Will bring established experience and/or researched information as proposals to the Leadership team for organizational investment/implementation approval.
- Reporting: Management of reporting tools provides to monitor, track and resolve outstanding issues/exceptions for appropriate business adjustments.
- Audit of department performance: Review all departmental elements, from pricing (industry standard versus actual), to quality of work from technician picture review, pool evaluation/estimate reviews for additional opportunities to operational needs.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Physical Requirement: heavy lifting, bending and standing for long periods.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
