What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper - Lexington Pointe Apartments position at Heritage Properties, Inc?
Heritage Properties is seeking a friendly, courteous, and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team at our luxury apartment community located in Oxford, Mississippi at Lexington Pointe Apartment Homes.
What you will do:
As the Groundskeeper, you will play an important role in ensuring the grounds, buildings, common areas, and amenities are kept clean and in order for our current and future residents under the supervision of our maintenance supervisor.
- Keep the grounds free of trash and debris at all times
- Clean stairwells, landings and walkways, pool areas, mail areas, and gutters and drains
- Pressure washing buildings and walkways
- Check lights and change bulbs
- Remove items from vacant apartments and assist with making apartment homes ready
- Assist with light maintenance duties

Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
