Salary: $65,000 per year, depending upon qualifications with the potential for annual discretionary bonus.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations for our multifamily properties in Southeastern Michigan. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.  We are a growing owner/operator overseeing both acquisition and development opportunities throughout Southeastern Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing & Marketing: Drive occupancy rates and tenant retention through effective marketing strategies and tenant engagement. Conduct property tours, screen potential tenants, and manage lease agreements.
• Collections: Ensure timely rent collections and oversee delinquency management to maintain positive cash flow.
• Tenant Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns and fostering positive relationships within the community.
• Coordination: Work closely with owners and third-party service providers to address maintenance needs, capital projects, and property enhancements.
• Budgeting & Accounting: Develop and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee financial reporting using the Yardi platform.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years of multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Yardi property management platform and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attributes: A self-motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Licensing: Michigan Real Estate Salesperson’s License is preferred but not required.
