Full-time hourly position with a range of $26.44 to $28.85 an hour DOE benefits. Located in Santa Fe, NM. Working out of our Property Management Office at the First Interstate Plaza building in Santa Fe.
Position Purpose : Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager at the First Interstate Plaza for Heritage Real Estate Company, LLC., the Facilities Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Class A buildings at the Santa Fe property. This role demands reliability and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to support the Facilities Manager. The Facilities Technician will handle a diverse range of semi-skilled tasks, including the maintenance, repair, construction, and remodeling of facilities and equipment. Key responsibilities encompass plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, light equipment operation, carpentry, masonry, and painting.

Essential Duties and Functions / Responsibilities / Tasks :
- Work under direction of the Facilities Manager / Supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of positivity and professionalism with guests, team members, and external partners.
- Promptly respond to work orders and perform routine facility maintenance.
- Maintain facility equipment as indicated by the preventative maintenance plan.
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
- As directed, conduct regular building and facilities general maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, tile, and landscaping.
- Repairing and treating structures such as floors, sinks, urinals, toilets, showers, walls, windows, carpets, roofs, locks, and drains.
- Ensure that all work activities conform to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations and policies.
- May include maintenance of water fountains and ponds.
- Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed at any of the properties.
