We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, evaluate and implement treatment plans, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Implement patient's individualized treatment plans developed by the OTR
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
