Physical Therapist Assistant
Heritage is hiring a Part Time OR Consistent PRN PTA (12-16hrs / week) at our Cambridge location. We offer competitive compensation , ranging from $32-$35 / hr based on experience and position status (Part time vs PRN). Our part time position offers PTO accrual as well as flexible scheduling.
Our skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, OH is located conveniently by I-77. _
Heritage Therapy provides high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapies and rehabilitation at many of our communities.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
