Heritage is hiring a
- Part Time OR Consistent PRN
- PTA (12-16hrs / week) at our Cambridge location. We offer
- competitive compensation

- 32-$35 / hr
- based on experience and position status (Part time vs PRN). Our

- as well as flexible scheduling.
- Our skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, OH is located conveniently by I-77.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Experience in orthopedics, acute care, geriatrics, inpatient, clinic, or hospital medicine is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
