This opportunity allows for a

- Our skilled nursing facility in State College is located conveniently by I-90 and 322, not far from Penn State!
- Our skilled nursing facility located in Orbisonia is not far from I-76.
- Duties\
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports
- Experience : \
- Experience in geriatrics, acute care, or inpatient settings is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
