This position allows for Part time (10-29), Full time (30-38), or consistent Supervising PRN coverage.

Our 59-bed facility in Willard is in a beautiful rural setting and is easily accessible from the surrounding communities located near Norwalk, Bellvue, Tiffin, and New London. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patients' functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on physical therapy's plan of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
