- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy sessions to improve communication abilities.
- Administer swallowing evaluations and implement appropriate interventions for patients with swallowing difficulties.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies for continued progress.
- Requirements : \
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse healthcare environments.
