Responsibilities of Staffing Coordinator/ Human Resources Liaison:
- Scheduling for the Nursing department
- Responsible for HR/ Payroll Functions
- Recruiting C.N.A., L.P.N. and R.N.’s
- Pre-screening of all staff
- Developing relationships with internal staff
Requirements of Staffing Coordinator/ Human Resources Liaison:
- Prior Long-Term Care staffing/payroll experience a plus
- Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate good communication/phone skills
- Staffing Software experience is a plus
