Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and prospect potential customers within designated residential areas through targeted door-to-door canvassing and networking efforts.
- Approach homeowners and businesses to introduce Heritage Construction's roofing services. Articulate service benefits, address inquiries, and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- Establish rapport with homeowners to address their roofing needs.
- Assess their requirements and offer tailored solutions based on our services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients. Build trust and rapport to foster long-term partnerships.
- Proactively follow up with potential clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contact details, preferences, and specific requirements.
- Handle various responses professionally, including rejections, and pivot to the next opportunity with persistence and resilience.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery throughout the sales process and act as a liaison between clients and our operations team.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets or quotas set by the company. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards goals.
- Valid driver's license.
- Access to a half ton or larger truck, or the ability to obtain one prior to starting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with roofing products and construction terminology is a plus.
