Position Overview :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Support Regulation Member to join our Residential Care team. The ideal candidate will build meaningful relationships with students, contribute to their therapeutic journey, and maintain a safe and nurturing environment. You will collaborate with clinical staff and educational professionals, actively participate in staff meetings, and embody the values of our community.
SCHEDULE :
We are looking for a full time Night Coach working Tuesday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities :
Relationship Building :
- Foster positive, trusting relationships with students through supportive interactions.
- Serve as a mentor and guide for students' therapeutic progress, tailoring support to individual needs.
- Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with students, parents, coworkers, and stakeholders.
