Heritage Senior Living is currently seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Specialist who will work closely with the Directors of Community Relations and leadership teams to support the goals and objectives of the communities. At Heritage Senior Living our mission, values, and vision guide us in creating the culture of our organization, providing high-quality senior communities across Wisconsin. Our ideal candidate will possess strong sales and customer service skills. This position requires the ability to travel to our 2 communities in Middleton and Monona and within Madison and the surrounding areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities and Minimum Qualifications:
Work closely with the Directors of Community Relations and leadership teams to increase occupancy in assigned communities
Schedule, manage, track, and record all activity including sales calls, presentations, and appointments with the CRM and organize marketing events to promote HSL practices and build reputation
Establish referring relationships with healthcare professionals, business leaders, and the community.
Schedule tours and appointments with prospective residents and their families, complete tours and assist in the move in process when necessary
Participate in planning, coordinating and hosting events to bring referral sources, prospective residents and their families into the communities
2 years marketing and sales experience; required, health care background; preferred
Strong customer service and networking skills; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong closing skills and the willingness to ask for business
Must be willing to work occasional evenings, nights and weekends
Must possess a valid drivers license
