Summary
- Our next fabricator/installer will assist in the production and installation of all types of high quality signage and graphics and deal with the public in a courteous and professional manner. Is it YOU?
Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and installation of all types of signs and graphics including vinyl, lighted signs, monument signs, pole signs, digital and various outside service products or components. ***THIS MAY INCLUDE USE OF A BOOM LIFT OR BUCKET TRUCK. IF YOU HAVE A FEAR OF HEIGHTS, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY***
- Measure, cut, and shape metal, acrylic, and vinyl components to customer specifications using various tools and equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure that finished products meet specifications
- Operate machinery and equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and shears
- ***SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY*** Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Be a team player. This includes filling in "gaps" where necessary. You may spend some time taking care of "other" duties that have been assigned (sweeping, organizing, receiving materials, etc.)
Qualifications:
- CDL license not required, but is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will be compensated appropriately. (Any successful CDL candidate WILL be enrolled in DOT database and testing pool--no exceptions).
- Must be team oriented, positive and willing to learn and accept coaching!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and equipment operation is helpful
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations (are you able to read a tape measure/ruler?)
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, dig post holes, climb a ladder, etc.
- May be required to lift up to 65 lbs. unassisted; over 65 lbs. with assistance.
- Must have a clean driving record
- Experience in Electrical
- Ability to adapt and work in all seasons of weather

- Ability to work fluidly with team members.
- Must understand that priorities can shift dependent upon work load, and you must have the ability to maintain a positive attitude when this happens.
- Understand that you are the face of Heritage Signs and must represent a clean and professional appearance when working with the public and/or your teammates.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
