Job Description:
Utilizing packaging equipment to pack and stage products for shipping.
Packaging Associate Responsibilities:
- Packaging and palletizing finished products.
- Maintain accurate counts of packaged items and assist with periodic inventories and maintenance of tracking sheets.
- Work on fast paced conveyor line packaging product manually.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Working on the pack line with, but not limited to, the following: metal detector, label machine, conveyor belt, and accumulation table.
- Facilitate moving in/and removing all needed finished goods and packaging materials to cooler and freezers.
- Visually and manually inspect finished product to inspection to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Basic understanding of all pack lines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous pack line experience preferred.
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
