What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and fax, providing status updates and rate quotes.
  • Utilize internal systems to track and distribute prior policies and manage title orders.
  • Maintain accurate client, provider, and lender records to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Process daily deposits and comply with accounting standards.
  • Ensure critical title information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Sort, scan, and file incoming mail while preparing outgoing documents.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the Marketing/Operations Officer.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organizational Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in real estate or a related field is a plus!
