🚛 Field Service Technician - On-Road Support Specialist
Location: Perkasie, Pennsylvania
Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift

About Us: Heritage Truck Equipment is a leading manufacturer of custom dump bodies and roll-off systems. We're expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our Perkasie location.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn about our products and systems
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card (recommended)
- Mechanical repair experience
- Basic understanding of electrical, wiring, and simple hydraulic systems
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Technicians' primary responsibility will be the professional and timely repair of Heritage dump bodies / roll-offs and the accompanying systems/components
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and or pneumatic related problems
- Traveling to various locations and may include overnight stays
- Collecting information from necessary repairs and proper documentation along with communicating to outside vendors and internal team members
- Daily activities will require you to be active in many areas of the company including but not limited to repairs, remote diagnostics, sales, and shipping/receiving
- Heritage Truck Equipment, Inc training at headquarters
The ideal candidate will possess many of the qualifications listed above, will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
