What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Heritage Truck Equipment?
Heritage Truck Equipment, Inc. in Hartville, Ohio is hiring a full-time office assistant to join our team to learn all aspects of the accounting/administrative/HR office.
Daily duties will include data entry, filing, scanning, and other misc. office duties as well as act as support to the administrative office.
In addition, this person will be cross trained on all office positions and duties to include payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, invoicing and job costing.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, excellent data entry skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and customers. Previous office experience, accuracy and excellent attendance are required.
