Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various back-office duties, including entering bills for payment, assisting clinics with their entries, and communicating with vendor AR departments. This is a full-time position working directly with our Accounts Payable Specialist and Accounting Operations Manager.

- Variety of bookkeeping tasks
- Communication with vendor AR departments

- Computer and Excel knowledge and experience
- Basic accounting or accounts payable knowledge
