Our client is looking for an experienced inside sales manager to design work plans for efficient, profitable and consistent sales revenue growth by supporting the Managing Director, Sales Team and Customers. This person should be a self-starter, self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and outgoing. An ideal candidate will have a background in Light Towers and/or Power Generation Equipment. Rental/Dealer.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Work effectively and efficiently as part of the overall Sales and Marketing team in support of Sales, Parts and Service.
- Continuously build industry knowledge base of market and customer landscape
- Develop proactive telemarketing call plan
- Effectively communicate all customer needs to management and external sales force
- Follow up with customers after sale is closed to gauge satisfaction and inquire whether there are additional needs
- Develop product knowledge of all offered products
- Assists and fills in during team member’s vacations, time out, etc.
- Performs successful product demonstrations/training to customers
- Assists with logistics
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to reliable transportation
- Associate degree
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with solid IT skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
