What You’ll Do
Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:
- Scheduling and creating orders and order structures
- Project cost estimation
- Interface communication
- Coordination with all internal departments
- Pre-and post-calculation of orders, including cost analysis for various cost centers
- Preparing cost forecasts (ongoing calculations)
- Creating progress reports
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified but also excited about what they do. Here’s what we’d love to see:
- Education: High school diploma is a must
- Experience: Previous production scheduling experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Qualification as a technician or engineer or a successful completion of an engineering degree
- Super organized and a multitasking whiz
- A structured and independent way of working
- Friendly, professional, and great with people
- Extensive experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in analyzing production processes and workflows; optimizing and implementing structured improvements
- Attention to detail
