Legal Intake Specialist Responsibilities
- PNC Evaluation: Evaluate prospective new client (PNC) inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit while ensuring every potential client feels seen, heard, and empowered.
- Coordinate with Intake Attorneys: Our intake specialists coordinate with our team of intake attorneys to set up consultations with high value PNCs.
- Leverage Our CRM: Our intake specialists are expected to leverage our CRM (Lead Docket) to manage all aspects of the firm's intake process.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Our intake specialists work closely with our marketing team to refine outbound sales tactics, build partnerships, and generate feedback and reviews.
- Continuous Improvement: Our intake specialists are expected to play an active role in helping us continually improve our intake process.
Qualifications We're Looking For
- Empathy & Listening Skills: You have a genuine ability to connect with others, making clients feel seen, heard, and understood. You know how to ease concerns and build trust through authentic communication.
- Sales-Driven: You have a passion for converting leads into signups and are motivated by the impact you can have on our firm’s growth.
- Proactive & Organized: You are a proactive communicator who can handle keeping multiple tasks on track and ensuring smooth transitions between different phases of an intake process.
- Prior Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience isn't a requirement, but a big plus for applicants interested in this position.
- Data Entry Skills: Prior experience with roles requiring data entry and spreadsheet management skills is a plus.
- CRM Proficiency: Our intake specialists spend leverage our CRM in everything they do on a day to day basis, so prior experience with a CRM platform will make you stand out from other applicants.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
