- Communicate with clients both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on case progress.
- Execute administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records while meeting all filing deadlines.
- Update and maintain the firm's case management system with precise and current information.
- Uphold strict client confidentiality guidelines and safeguard sensitive information.
