What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Nurse - Elementary position at Hermann Elementary?
Gasconade County R-1 is seeking highly qualified applicants for the position of School Nurse to begin immediately. As a member of the Gasconade County R-I School District staff, the school nurse will provide comprehensive services that meet the needs of all students, consult with teachers, staff, and parents to enhance their effectiveness in helping students and provide support to educational programs. This position may also work with individual students for specialized needs.
A current and active registered nursing license (LPN or RN) from an accredited university is required. Ability to perform Adult and/or Child CPR in a realistic setting and skilled in the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED).
