Position Overview : Hermann Transportation seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Billing Representative to join our Monmouth Junction, NJ team. Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately issue invoices to customers via paper, email, web portals, or EDI systems.
- Collaborate with operations staff to gather and verify delivery documentation.

- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers and employees.
- Update customer master files with current contact information.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable Specialist in researching short-paid invoices.
- Act as a positive ambassador for Hermann Services, fostering strong relationships with employees and customers.
- Perform additional accounts receivable and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
