What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Assistant Volleyball Coach position at Hermann High School?
Gasconade County R-1 is seeking highly qualified student-centered applicants for a High School Assistant Volleyball Coach position for the 2025-2026 season. Candidates must have the ability to build a strong rapport with students, coaches, and the community. This position will provide mentorship and a culture of positivity, high expectations, and professionalism that will define our students now and in the future.
Working closely with the head coach, you will be part of a school that has a rich tradition of academic and athletic excellence. Our district focuses on teamwork and maximizing the potential of each student. The successful candidate will play an integral role in working collaboratively with fellow volleyball coaches in the MSHSAA approved athletic offering for high school students. Experience with the rules, skills, and techniques of MSHSAA volleyball is required. Previous volleyball coaching experience required. 60 hours of college credit is required; a teaching certificate is preferred but not required.
