Gasconade County R-1 is seeking applicants for a 4th Grade Teacher in our Middle School for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for student excellence and making a positive difference in a child's life. The successful candidate must be able to implement higher order learning strategies, have the ability to integrate technology skills into the classroom, possess strong communication skills, and build positive relationships with students, parents, and the community. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Professional Learning Communities and Missouri Learning Standards. Hermann Middle School educates approximately 300 students in grades 4 - 8 and has a rich tradition of academic excellence.
A bachelor’s degree and applicable certifications are required.
