Job Requirements :
Class A CDL
1 Year of Tractor Trailer Experience
Must be Willing to Cover Different Routes if needed.
Additional Compensation Details :
Annual Performance Review Increase : Variable based on individual performance.
End of Year Bonus : Variable based on years of service.
Referral Bonus : $2,000 for local drivers, $3,000 for regional drivers.
Safety Bonus : Up to $1,275 per year, paid monthly and quarterly.
DOT Inspection Bonus : $150 for clean inspection; $500 for clean inspection with HAZMAT load.
Customer Compliment Bonus : $200 per compliment received from a customer (up to 3 per individual customer).
Health Insurance : Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 30 days of employment.
Company Paid Life Insurance : 1.5x annual salary, available on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Voluntary Benefits : Whole Life, Critical Illness, Disability, and Accident Insurance available after 30 days of employment.
401(k) Retirement Savings Program with company matching : Available on the first of the month following 90 days of employment; Hermann matches 35% of the first 10% of contributions.
Wellness Program : Rolling Strong Wellness Program immediately available for employees and their spouses, 6 private coaching sessions available annually and opportunity to earn reduced health insurance premiums by completing wellness program requirements.

Drivers working on an observed Holiday receive 8 hours of Holiday Pay in addition to regular pay.
Sick Paid Time Off (PTO) : 1 week (40 hours) provided annually after 90 days of employment.
Paid Vacation : Available annually based on tenure, 1 week (40 hours) available first year of employment, pro-rated based on hire date.
o Vacation increases to 2 weeks (80 hours) on January 1 following 2 full years of service.
o Vacation increases to 3 weeks (120 hours) on January 1 following 5 full years of service.
o Vacation increases to 4 weeks (160 hours) on January 1 following 10 full years of service.
Driver Appreciation Events : Periodic meals and promotion giveaways provided to drivers.
