As a Busser, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth operation of our restaurant by assisting with table setup, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a tidy dining space.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- Set up tables with tableware, condiments, and decorative elements
- Serve water to guests upon seating
- Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests leave
- Ensure cleanliness by maintaining dining areas, restrooms, and trash disposal
- Follow health & safety regulations in both kitchen and dining spaces
- Assist waitstaff to keep service running smoothly
