HERMES MUSICJob Description - Purchasing Clerk:
Employee should have overall good knowledge of the operations of purchasing for a corporation.
Responsibilities
- Create and place Purchase Orders with key vendors.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Send requests for purchases to Store managers on a timely manner.
- Create and maintain updated records of purchased products, back orders, shipment information and invoices
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to distribute received stock.
Skills
- Proven work experience in a Purchasing role.
- Hands-on experience with technology and software (Microsoft Excel, etc…)
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Ability to create financial reports.
- Ability to function in a teamwork environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hours shift
- Monday to Friday
