What You'll Be Doing:

• Orchestrating the Fleet: You'll be the maestro of our chauffeur network, assigning vehicles, optimizing schedules, and ensuring our clients arrive at their destinations safely and on time.
• Mastering the Map: Denver and beyond is your playground. You'll have an intimate knowledge of the city, surrounding areas, and even international time zones, ensuring our chauffeurs navigate with ease.
• Communication is Key: You'll be the vital link between our chauffeurs, clients, and affiliates, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring everyone is in the loop.
• Troubleshooting Titan: Unexpected situations? You'll be ready to handle anything that comes your way, from vehicle breakdowns to flight changes, with a calm demeanor and a can-do attitude.

Requirements:

• Able to work Tuesday - Friday (1:30pm to 10 pm) and Saturday (10 am to 6:30 pm)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years dispatching or logistics experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient with Technology
• Knowledge of Denver metro area and surrounding regions
