Job Summary
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with special projects as needed
Experience
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in data entry and maintaining records accurately
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is advantageous
- Familiarity with calendar management software is beneficial
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred
