Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the Agile project implementation process and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support Agile practices
- Guide and coach the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
- Facilitate Scrum events as needed
- Remove impediments to the team's progress
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum
- Experience in project management and project implementation
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, and Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43.14 - $45.68 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
