Position: Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist
Location: Hermitage Animal Clinic
Type: Full Time 30-34 hours/week
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting clients and their furry friends with a smile
- Scheduling appointments and managing our busy front desk
- Answering phones, responding to emails, and delivering paw-sitive client experiences
- Assisting vets with examinations, treatments, and pet care
- Keeping things tidy and organized (yes, you'll have your fair share of pet hair!)

What We're Looking For:
- A true animal enthusiast who treats every pet like their own
- Strong communication and organizational skills—can you juggle cats and phone calls at the same time?
- Comfortable working with all types of animals.
- Someone that is comfortable with Cornerstone preferred.
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic as a Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist is a huge bonus, but we're happy to train the right person.
