Job Summary (Essential Functions)
Manage the services of members and guests in the men?s locker room. Maintains order and cleanliness. Greet guests and assures that member satisfaction standards are constantly maintained.
- Performs duties of locker room staff as needed.
- Ensures the safety and security of all members and guests as needed.
- Issues lockers, keys, towels, etc. to members and guests as needed.
- Maintains an inventory of supplies and linens.
- Interacts with purchasing department to purchase locker-room linens and supplies as needed.
- Receives and greets members and guests.
- Inspects locker areas to ensure proper appearance, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
- Assures that tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.
- Follows established rules, regulations, and policies.
- Assures that all safety, accident, and emergency policies and procedures are in place and consistently followed.
- Dusts rooms and furniture.
- Cleans restrooms; restocks restroom supplies.
- Vacuums carpets, mops floors throughout the clubhouse, golf pro shop, and sports center
- Empties waste baskets, trash receptacles, and ashtrays in the clubhouse, pro shop, and fitness center as well as immediate areas surrounding the clubhouse.
- Disinfects phones.
- Cleans and polishes brass.
- Washes inside windows.
- Reports any damages and plumbing problems to the executive housekeeper.
- Change burnt out bulbs.
- Takes trash to dumpsters.
- Polishes glass, table surfaces, counters, shelves, desks, office equipment, and door handles.
- Clean locker room areas including showers, steams and saunas in the clubhouse, and sports center.
- Cleans baseboard throughout the clubhouse, pro shop, and sports center.
- Cleans walls throughout the clubhouse, pro shop, sports center, and golf course restrooms.
- Maintains outside of clubhouse, pro shop, sports center (cleans walkways, patios, and entrances. Removes all cobwebs and debris.
- Maintains the pool area including changing rooms and restrooms.
- Cleans exterior of HVAC vents.
- Conducts deep-cleaning projects as assigned.
- Cleans employees? restrooms.
- Cleans cigarette containers at entrances.
- Cleans elevators, stairwells, and landings; dust ceiling light fixtures; completes spot cleaning as necessary.
- Checks curtains for repair.
- Transports soiled towels and rags to linen bin.
- Maintains integrity of shoes.
- Replaces spikes.
- Shines shoes.
- Relaces laces.
- Return shoes in a timely manner.
- Completes other appropriate assignments made by executive housekeeper.
Physical Requirements
Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and twist or reach.
Push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
Continuous repetitive motions.
Work in all weather conditions.
