What We’re Looking For :

Leadership Skills : 1 years in a supervisory role and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Experience : 2 years in Long-Term Care preferred.

Required Licenses : RN License and CPR / First Aid certification.

Hands-On Manager : Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can handle emergencies with grace.

Customer-Centered Approach : A leader who promotes respect, professional growth, and ensures exceptional care for our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the coordination of resident care with a hands-on management style.

Develop and revise nursing and clinical policies to meet company and regulatory standards.

Lead recruitment efforts and ensure the quality of nursing staff.
