Responsibilities
Customer Assistance : Provide exceptional service by efficiently attending to customer inquiries, offering clear solutions, and demonstrating a keen understanding of their needs.
Bilingual Communication : Utilize bilingual skills to assist both English and Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Problem Solving : Address customer issues with accuracy and promptness, finding resolutions that are satisfactory to all parties involved.
Information Dissemination : Clearly relay information about products and services to customers, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction.
Feedback Collection : Gather and report customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
Record Keeping : Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the companys system for future reference and follow-up.
Requirement
Must obtain Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire date.
Language Proficiency : Fluent in both English and Spanish, with proficient verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on clarity and customer satisfaction.
Problem-Solving : Ability to identify issues and provide effective, customer-focused solutions.
