Position: Front Desk Chiropractic Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients warmly
- Answer calls and schedule appointments with ease
- Manage office flow and maintain organization
- Assist the doctor with physiotherapy procedures
- Perform general computer data entry and maintain medical records
- File documents and handle administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish is a must
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication
- Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and adaptable
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Enthusiastic and personable attitude
- Reliable transportation
