What You'll Be Doing:

What We Are Looking For:
- Property leasing: 2 years (Required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial, customer service-based mindset (prior sales experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in property management software and other relevant technology.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take the initiative.
- Willing to work on a straight commission pay structure.
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional skills in communication, writing, and editing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
- Superior prioritization and organizational skills.
- In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of prospects and matching them with the perfect apartment.
- Identify prospects' living standards, preferences, and budgets to find suitable housing options
- Market promotions and discounted lease offers effectively
- Conduct tours of available apartments for potential residents
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries about housing
- Communicate effectively to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, promotional emails, and fliers to advertise available properties
- Ensure that recently vacated properties are cleaned and ready for viewing
- Follow up with prospective renters to reassess their needs and requirements
- Negotiate leasing terms to close deals
