COMPANY BACKGROUND
We are building Hero Assistant, your Daily Assistant to run your life. Hero seamlessly blends UI and AI to run your life from one place and coordinate with others, and eventually will allow you to run every part of your life with ease (manage day, communicate, send money, order food, book reservations, purchase goods, and more).
Currently, Hero replaces 7 apps, and will eventually replace most of the apps you use on your phone on a daily basis. Hero is already loved by tens of thousands of users, with great reviews that commonly reference Hero’s innovative design as the main reason they love it.
But this is just the start. We now need to build the biggest step change yet, that will bring the concept of a Daily Assistant to millions of people.
Trailblazing a new category of app requires great design. Therefore we are looking for the next up and coming designer who is driven to be the best in the industry, and is capable of designing the most powerful user interface that will eventually change the lives of millions of people.
We’re a seed-stage startup backed by top investors including Scott Belsky (Chief Product Officer, Adobe), Neo, Abstract Ventures, the Chainsmokers, Arash Ferdowsi (Dropbox founder and CTO), Ime Archibong (VP of FB Messenger), Max Mullen (co-founder Instacart), and more.

Great UX and UI – Can create simple, magical-feeling features end to end. Thinks thoroughly about every angle of a feature (core experience, education, possible edge cases)Can balance multiple ideas in your head – Since we are creating a super app, you should be able to balance great near-term design with a strong understanding of the vision, so that the near-term design ladders to where we’re going.Great at Rive (or at least can pick it up quickly) – We have found that using Rive as much as possible allows us to create out of this world experiences with a small team . The better and faster you are at Rive, the more magical Hero Assistant can be.PERSONAL TRAITS
