🧰 The Role: Manager of Biomedical Engineering
We're on the hunt for a hands-on leader to guide our biomed team in Midland-Odessa, TX. You'll roll up your sleeves, lead with heart, and make sure every device is working like a charm — because uptime saves lives. - Lead, coach, and coordinate a squad of awesome biomedical technicians (in-house and on the front lines).
- Jump in on equipment repairs, PMs, and troubleshooting — you’re not just a desk manager.
- Handle scheduling and priorities like a pro — because downtime isn’t an option.
- Train and mentor your team to deliver gold-standard service (with HERO flair).
- Collaborate with hospital teams and clinical staff like the partner they’ve always wanted.
- Keep tools, parts, and inventory in check like a backstage manager at a rock show.
- Own documentation, compliance, and audit-readiness (we’re heroes, not rule-breakers).

🛠 Must-Haves:
- 5 years working with biomedical equipment (in hospitals or healthcare settings).
- 2 years leading or supervising a technical team.

- Familiarity with compliance standards, EOC reporting, and CMMS platforms.
- Associate's degree in Biomed Tech or equivalent military training (required).
- Bachelor’s degree & CBET? Extra points, but not a deal breaker.
