Paraprofessional (1:1 Teacher’s Assistant)A Hero Connect substitute teacher assists with classroom instruction in a one on one setting. This person aids students in understanding subject matter, and ensures that regular classroom routines are followed.
Responsibilities
- Working with students that have special needs and/or challenging behaviors.
- Supporting instruction to individuals
- Monitoring and managing student behaviors.
- Modeling and encouraging positive social skills as needed.
- Supporting students through classroom transitions
- Perform other duties as directed by school administration
Qualifications

- Minimum High School Diploma
Pay Range
$20/Hour
