Overview
We are seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team and support our educational institution. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity in students' learning in the absence of their regular teachers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively to ensure students' educational progress
- Manage the classroom environment and ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere
- Implement instructional activities that contribute to a meaningful learning experience
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behavior
Qualifications
- Proficiency in various subjects including Biochemistry, Cell Biology, and Special Education
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and educational technology
- Ability to provide individualized instruction and tutoring as needed
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively
- Knowledge of instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences
- Experience in tasks such as dissecting, calculating, and educating students
